Since 1984, Giri and Company has been a leading law firm in New Delhi, India specifically for cases concerning the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India.

Giri has held many notable positions throughout his legal career including being the Additional Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand, Standing Counsel / Additional Government Advocate for the State of Maharashtra, Standing Counsel cum AOR for the State of Uttarakhand before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Government Advocate on behalf of Delhi Administration and more.
He has also fought several high value matters including cases on behalf of Ex-CM Harish Rawat, State of Uttarakhand, Supreme Court Bar Association, All India Judges Association etc.
